Born BARE Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Every Born BARE order is packed with care and shipped straight from our trusted fulfillment partners.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Because some of our pieces are sourced from multiple warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Born BARE ships worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
Born BARE is not responsible for any customs-related delays or charges once your order leaves our facilities.
Order Issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team at support@bornbare.com within 30 days of delivery.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Born BARE is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Born BARE cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, please reach out to your local postal carrier first, then contact us if further help is needed.

Our Promise
At Born BARE, we want every dancer, performer, and glam goddess to feel unstoppable in her look.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right — within the guidelines below.
All Sales Are Final on Intimates
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, thongs, bodysuits, hosiery, or any item that comes in direct contact with the body.
This is for health, hygiene, and safety reasons — and to protect our customers.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bornbare.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit depending on availability.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns must be authorized by our team before being sent back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Processing Time
Once we receive your approved return, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Store credits will be issued via email and can be used toward any future Born BARE purchase.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, reach out to us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist before it ships.
Final Sale Items
All clearance, sale, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
